There’s no hope for some…

I mean seriously…

None whatsoever…

This might sound harsh, but with some of these people…

Within minutes of talking to them, I can tell exactly how their Talent Acquisition business is going to end up without even looking at their numbers…

I know they are struggling to grow…

I know their business will be slowly on the decline… what I call moving into a “Doom Loop”…

I know they are destined for mediocrity…

And you know why?

Because they’re stuck in their “Old School” recruiting ways….

They’re unwilling to change what they’re currently doing even though it’s clear to insiders that it’s not working…or not working well enough. You just have to look at the time-to-fill rate of metric…

Every week, I speak to executives from mid-to-large talent acquisition organizations who’s’ businesses aren’t performing at the level they want for one reason or another…

There’s no shame in that and it’s extremely common at different levels…

But it doesn’t take a genius to work out that if you want things to change, if you want different results…

You’ve first got to change what you’re doing… You’ve got to do things differently…

It should be basic common sense…

But unfortunately with many executive I speak with, I cant understand why you would continue to do what you know isn’t working…

Einstein said, “if you continue to do what you always have done and it continues to not work, that’s the definition of insanity”…

If the above sound’s anything like you or your organization, then don’t even bother reading further…
