He once said something like:

“The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don’t know”

And he’s 100% correct of course…

Especially when it comes to marketing and growing your candidate application process…

I’ve got years of experience doing the marketing not only in my business, but also the business of recruitment. Plus my clients, who I work closely with know this too.

So it’s fair to say I’ve seen a lot!

I never stop learning!
