Talent Community

SourceMob’s Talent Community offers job candidates a fast and simple way to receive job notifications based on their interests and other information related to hiring.  Recruiters, in turn, can use this solution to engage and build relationships with both active and passive candidates, giving the employer a major competitive advantage in building their talent pipelines.

Once the candidate creates their Talent Community profile – which can be edited manually – they can upload their resume or they can import their profile directly from LinkedIn (see below).  All Talent Community profiles are accessible and searchable by recruiters.

You can import your ATS candidate connections and your LinkedIn connections.  SourceMob’s Media Services will assist you in driving more candidate connections and engagement through our pure-permission campaigns that are branded with your HR content.  No longer are you tied to your ATS job requisitions to build your Talent Community and you no longer have to force candidates to apply to your jobs before entering your Talent Community.  You will see exponential growth in your candidate pipeline.

The Import LinkedIn feature is a permissioned candidate link, meaning candidates must offer permission for you (the recruiter) to import their LinkedIn profile.  Once they do, however, you have the candidate’s data on record forever.
